What if client communications were easier from the road?

We're building an app that keeps your clients in the loop while you focus on your job. Before we ship it, we want to hear from you.

Do these problems sound familiar?
Clients calling mid-route asking if and when you're coming
Losing accounts because someone assumed you weren't going to show
Trying to text updates to multiple clients while driving
Designed to help you manage your route and your clients.

Set your route once. RouteText™ handles the rest with just a tap.

Smart ETA estimates
Google Maps calculates drive times between stops and texts clients their ETA before you leave the driveway.
One-tap completion
Hit one button when a job's done — the next client on your route gets updated automatically.
Instant delay alerts
Falling behind? One button notifies everyone still waiting. No individual texts needed.
No phone fumbling
Big buttons, user-friendly design. No typing, no calls — just tap and go.
How It Works

Set it up once. One button runs the rest.

1
Register your business
Sign up with your business name and info — we handle the carrier registration to get you a legal, dedicated number for sending business texts. It's a regulatory requirement, and we take care of all of it.
2
Set up while you wait
Your number takes 1–3 business days to go live. In the meantime, add your clients, build your routes, and customize your message templates. Once your number activates, you're ready to roll.
3
Build your route
Tap clients in order and estimate how long each will take. Google Maps calculates drive times between stops and sets estimated arrival times for your route. Save it as a template or start fresh.
4
Hit Start
RouteText™ queues texts with estimated arrival times for every client on the route. Each client gets notified as you head their way.
5
One button per stop
Tap "Done" when a job's complete — the next client gets their update. Falling behind? One button to send a delay notice to everyone still waiting.
6
Clients reply, you respond
Client texts get forwarded to your personal phone. Reply from your own number like normal.
The Two-Number System

Your clients get texts. You stay in control.

RouteText™ gives your business a dedicated local number. Here's what it looks like in practice:

FROM: (207) 555-0199 — Your RouteText™ #
"Hi Sarah, Mike's Plow Service is on the way — we'll be there shortly."
SARAH REPLIES:
"Great, can you do the back walkway too?"
↓ forwarded to your personal phone ↓
YOU SEE ON YOUR PHONE:
"[RouteText™] Sarah Chen: Great, can you do the back walkway too?"
Features

Built for work on the road.

One-button delay alerts
Running behind? One tap sends a delay notice to every remaining client on your route. No individual texts.
Consent management
Green / amber / red badges on every client. You always know who's getting texts and who isn't.
Smart Paste entry
Paste a name, address, and phone from anywhere. We parse the fields — no manual typing.
Works offline
Queues messages locally when you lose signal. Stale texts are suppressed on reconnect.
Saved route templates
Build your standard Thursday route once. Load it every week in one tap.
Wrap report
Every route ends with a summary: stops completed, skipped, texts sent, total duration.
RouteText™ does one thing.

It texts your clients automatically as you work through your route. No invoicing. No CRM. No scheduling. Just the one feature your clients actually notice — staying informed.

Starting at $29/month.
Pricing

Simple plans. Every feature included.

All plans include every feature — dedicated texting number, unlimited routes, automated notifications, client management. Solo vs. Team is just about how many operators you have.

Seasonal billing = 4 consecutive months, you pick the start date. Built for businesses that don't run year-round.

Already using Jobber or Housecall Pro?
You don't need to switch. RouteText™ works alongside your existing tools — it just handles the client texting part better. In fact, Jobber Core + RouteText™ ($68/mo) costs less than Jobber Connect ($119/mo), and you get smarter route notifications that Jobber doesn't offer at any tier.
Why not just use my current app's texting feature?
Most field service platforms send a basic "on my way" text. RouteText™ tells each client their position in your queue, updates their ETA automatically as you work, and sends delay notifications if you're running behind. That's the difference between a text and a system.
I only work part of the year.
That's exactly why we built seasonal pricing. Pay for 4 months, not 12. No other service app offers this.
